Customer Service...

Have not been online for the pass 4 or 5 days coz of my streamyx down. I called the day when the connection down and I have to called twice to let them know what is the matter. First call, they never even give me any report number to refer to if my streamyx is down. When I called the second time, they asking me to give them the report number and I was stunned. I told them, I called earlier on, they never gave me and only taught me how to check whether my line or my modem having problem or not. What the f***?

They said in 2 working days if no technician come then call them back with the report number. Wtf?!! Call again? It's not a free-toll, "HellOOO!!!!"

Saturday is working day? My dad called them on Saturday morning cuz I was working. They said they are not working on Saturday , so Monday they will be coming over. Monday, they called my handphone which I gave them my house number instead. They can asked me whether I'm at home or not and I told the technician that I am working now. I asked him to call my house and asked whether are they going over to my house now to check on my line. He said "YES".

I called my dad and informed him that he is coming. My dad waited for an hour and asked me when are they coming and he wanted to bath. I told him go ahead and bath and he afraid that when he bath, the guy come and noone is around and he will cabut. So, I told my dad, don't care and do your things. How long are you going to wait? My dad called them again.

They said they don't have the report number. What man! And guess what, they don't even know Malacca Branch number and they can said they sent a technician to come over already. y dad wanted the technician number and they said they don't even know who they send and they don't know the number. Bengang or wat? He told my dad if they never come today (Monday), then they will come tomorrow. My dad pissed off and said what customer service is this?! Waited for few days. Saying coming over in 2 working days and want to extend another day cuz the technician "ular"? Why we paid them for? Why we pay the bills for? To get this kinda service?

Why is government workers always take the advantage of being a "bumi" and do as their own wish? You are working and if there's some problems to your client, you should attend to them! We might be very "mah-fan" but this is "TMNET" and you are the only telecommunication company that we depend on. We paid for it, we get the service!

When the technician came over, his face was like damn sour. must be screwed by his Boss! Hahahaha...
