yea..i read tat article before..almost all same same lo...actually suruh u makan vege n buah buahan je...then can lose weight! hahaahaha...slowly lo..i feel slowly the weight will lose..gambateh!! aza aza fighting~~~ let's lose some weight! wahaahaa..=D

But fruits also can make you FAT. SO choose your fruits.

The thing is, everyone shud have a good stuffed breakfast & moderate lunch and skip dinner. I think this works. It has helped me to cut down on unneccessary binge habit. Dinner is not a must as you don't do much after that besides laying ard and sleep after. Day time you work out more, so you shud eat correctly in the day.

hmm..sumtimes i can skip dinner but sumtimes i cant..lolz...all my life, dinner has been the most important meal of the day...wifout breakie or lunch is ok..but definitely taking lesser meals a day will work la..heck! last time in cyber i makan like 1 or 2 meals a day..apa tak lose weight..lolz..one gud ting abt cyber is...can lose weight..coz not much food! wahahahaaa...

nvm..now i shall aza aza fighting!! i feel i got difference jor..but nobody see..juz say i got more chubby cheeks! *squish squish* bahh~~~~
